Join us at the Toronto Maker Festival, July 8 & 9

Maker Festival table 2016

Join Makerspace Brampton at the Toronto Maker Festival this weekend (July 8 & 9) at the Toronto Reference Library.

The Maker Festival is a celebration of Toronto and area tech, DIY and maker communities. Over 14,000 people are expected to attend this two-day extravaganza and Makerspace Brampton will be one of the 100+ makers participating.

We’re taking our monthly Maker Meetup on the road and will be displaying some of the projects that makers have been working on in our spaces, along with some hands-on activities. You’ll be able to play with an hydraulic judobot, tinker with a mini 3D printer, make a button with our button maker, play MaKey MaKey Whack-a-Worm game…and more!

For a sneak peak of all the exhibitors check out the Maker Festival map. The Maker Festival is free to attend, but advance registration is recommended.
